About KIDS

KIDS is a national charity which has been supporting disabled children, young people and their families since 1970. 

We work with children, irrespective of their disability or impairment, from birth through to 25 years.  Each year we support over 15,000 disabled children, offer over 120 different services and work with about 80 Local Authorities across England.  

We are passionate, caring and trusted and our vision is a world in which all disabled children and young people realise their aspirations. We offer support and practical help for families, every step of the way. 

About The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide domiciliary care that supports individual children and young people with disabilities. The care will be within their family homes. This is a sessional position offering flexible working hours during evenings, weekends and school holidays. Various locations of work are available in the Lincolnshire area depending on the needs and the location of the family. 
We require Domiciliary Care Workers for the following areas:
  • Grantham NG31
  • Boston PE10
  • Spalding PE11
  • Stamford PE9

About You
The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to working in partnership with parents/ carers and have the ability to provide personal care which maintains the child/young person's respect and dignity. The candidate should be educated to GCSE level or NVQ level 2 as a minimum.
